Chris Lamm – Redding (Shasta County)
I have lived in Northern California for over 20 years, and love it! Over the last 5 years, I have married the love of my life Heather, beat cancer, and traveled into the heart of Africa where my wife and I have been able to be part of and contribute to an amazing ministry educating orphans and giving them hope where there did not seem to be any. If you want to learn more about this ministry, you’re invited to visit www.themustardtreeministry.org. A percentage of every Redding (Shasta County) home mortgage loan we close goes to this ministry, and this year alone we have been able to help sponsor over 10 children and we have recently built 2 new classrooms.
With over 10 years experience and training as a Redding home mortgage loan lender in Shasta County, I pride myself on being able to find home mortgage loan plans for everyone from first time home buyers to seasoned real estate investors. Becoming one of the highest producing home mortgage loan officers in the country in less than 5 years of originating, I work with passion to educate my clients on the best strategies to meet their long term and short-term financial goals through real estate finance.
This is a tough industry to work in, and although I am not perfect (no company is) we have a reputation for "getting loans done that others couldn't". We thoroughly enjoy helping buyers land the best possible home loan interest rates in Redding, CA.
I frequently write blog posts discussing the latest in the world of mortgage financing and how it can affect you as a (potential) home owner. I also, at times, post mortgage loan videos that give you a better view into everything from DAP loans to reverse mortgages.

Working with Chris Lamm & Kelly Robbins at Bank of Commerce Mortgage was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The team was extremely professional throughout the entire process and worked tirelessly to get us the best finance rate possible, while ensuring there were no problems with the loan documentation as it moved through the approval process. Chris and Kelly were also very aggressive in responding to our questions since we had not previously purchased a home in California. We highly recommend Bank of Commerce Mortgage as your first choice when deciding to purchase a home. You won't be sorry!

— Debra Jennings, Redding, CA
Chris,Kelly & Erica did a great job for us. Kept us informed with phone calls and e-mails. Always there to answer our questions and concerns. Think about that web page tho Chris. It's ok that you told Kelly it was your idea.
